I wanted to add some more mods so I exited again and then it wouldn't launch. I decided to add some more mods, like Sim Settlements and We Are The Minutemen, and it loaded fine.

I exited it to add some FPS improving mods and to lower my graphics from the launcher. I recently brought Fallout 4 from Steam and it was working fine.
